Eric Lulow

Eric Lulow is a Supervisory Public Health Advisor at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, from 2012 to 2022, they served as a Public Health Advisor at the same agency, where they provided oversight for federally funded grants and supported staff training. Eric’s earlier experiences include roles as a Youth Involvement Associate at the National Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health and as a Case Supervisor at CASA Prince George's County. They earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University.
