Jeanne Casey, MA, MCHES, is a seasoned health communications professional with a robust background in strategic communication and public relations. Currently serving as a Health Communications Specialist at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Jeanne develops communication strategies and content aimed at preventing substance use and misuse. Prior experience includes directing public affairs and communications for Naval Hospital Jacksonville, where Jeanne led diverse initiatives to enhance patient engagement and organizational visibility, and roles in patient safety and marketing across various healthcare settings. Jeanne holds a Master's degree in Health Education from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from Amherst College, graduating magna cum laude.
