Kathy Wei

Kathy Wei, MSW, LCSW, is an experienced social worker and psychotherapist currently serving as the Lead Social Worker and LPS Trainer at Providence St. Joseph's Hospital since July 2017. Kathy also works as a psychotherapist at both Octave and in private practice, Kathy Wei, LCSW, since 2019, and holds an adjunct professor position for the online MSW program at UMass Global since September 2021. Recently, Kathy began reviewing grant applications for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and serves as the Director of Clinical Services at Allied Healers. Previous roles include psychiatric social worker at Kaiser Permanente, social worker at Newport Bay Hospital, and inpatient psychiatric social worker at Royale Therapeutic Residential Center. Kathy completed a Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California and is currently pursuing an MBA at Boston University.
