Rick Lambert

Rick Lambert, MD, is a Senior Advisor at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) where they focus on the safe and effective introduction of Psychedelic Assisted Therapy into mainstream medicine. They served as Medical Director at Montvale Health & Wellness and Montvale Surgical Center from 2008 to 2025, and held the role of Attending Emergency Physician at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center from 1988 to 1996. Previously, they worked as Assistant Director at Emergency Medical Associates from 1996 to 2010 and owned In-Balance Health, LLC, providing various medical treatments. Rick obtained their Doctor of Medicine degree from NYU School of Medicine and completed their Internal Medicine Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Medical Center.
