Sharee Turner

Sharee Turner, MPH, is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in managing public health initiatives and programs. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator and Public Health Advisor at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Sharee leads the National Child Traumatic Stress Initiative and oversees a significant portfolio of grants and contracts. Previous roles include Public Health Analyst at the Health Resources and Services Administration, where Sharee managed health initiatives and provided technical guidance to numerous facilities in Georgia, and Public Health Advisor at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, serving as a liaison with the Department of Defense. Sharee's background also includes project management in the US Navy and leadership roles within the US Army Medical Department, focusing on medical readiness and operational oversight. Sharee holds a Master of Public Health from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fort Valley State University.
