Stacey Owens

Stacey Owens is a Public Health Analyst at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) since November 2019. Prior to this role, Stacey worked as a Social Worker for the United States Department of Defense from 2017 to 2019 and for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from 2006 to 2017. Stacey holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from The University of Texas at Austin.
