Vincent McNally is an experienced professional with a diverse background in security, crisis management, and trauma-informed care. Since November 2021, Vincent has served as an Independent Consultant at Qalbaq and has been actively involved as a Course Instructor for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) since April 2021. Additionally, Vincent has held a role as a Training Consultant with Justice For Vets, a division of the National Center for DWI Courts, since February 2020. Vincent has over 15 years of experience in investigative work, currently as President of Air & Sea Security and SAFE AT SEA, focusing on training and crisis response in maritime environments. As Co-President of Cruise Line Crisis.ORG and President of Trauma Reduction, Vincent provides training and consultation to address trauma-related issues for veterans, first responders, and the business community. Vincent's previous experience includes a role as Assistant Airport Superintendent (Security) for the State of Hawaii. Vincent holds a Master of Professional Studies in Criminal Justice from LIU Post and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Wheeling University.
