Sammis Realty was founded in 2019 by Vicki and Brad Sammis. We are a mother and son real estate company, both having years of experience in the real estate industry. We worked together at a large international brokerage, achieving recognition for top level performance and customer service.

We set out on our own to start a family business, centered on our mission to focus on relationships in this fast-changing world and industry. We are proud to say we have assisted in many types of transactions, including single-family, condos, new construction, luxury homes, multi-family, land, foreclosures, short sales, and rentals. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, are ready to step up, or are a retiree looking to downsize, we are happy to offer our experience assisting in such endeavors. On the list side, we have a list to sale price ratio of 97%. To date, we have closed over $40 million in transactions in over 40 towns throughout central Connecticut. The hub of our business is our hometown of Wallingford. You can call on us for any local information from schools, to contractors, retailers and restaurants.

Our goal is to simplify the process for you, making it as stress-free as possible, and even fun! The keys to our business are communication, integrity, organization, attention to detail and a sincere warmth that transcends the transaction. It’s a matter of our family helping yours…

Please explore our website to read a little more about both of us and how our unique blend of talents and abilities give you the ultimate full-service real estate experience.
