Alena Pak

Alena Pak has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Currently, they are the Head of Learning and Development (tech) at Samokat.tech, where they lead a team and designs and implements training programs for a company with over 3000 employees. Prior to this, they worked as a Team Lead learning experience designer at Practicum, where they managed a group of instructional designers and conducted market research for course development. Alena also has experience at IKRA, where they served as the Lead of educational programs, designing and managing educational solutions for B2B clients, and as the Educational Program Manager, overseeing multiple educational programs and managing a campus of educational projects.

Alena Pak attended SPBGUGA from 2005 to 2010 and obtained a specialist degree in Communication with Society. Alena also holds a certification in Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile, obtained in 2023.
