Lead Customer Success Management at Samotics

Dirk-Jan Wienen has worked in various roles since 2014. From 2014-2015, they were an intern at the Nederlands Instituut voor Militaire Theirtorie. In 2015, they were an intern at AD Groene Hart. In 2016, they were an intern at the Provincie Zuid-Holland, a Programme Officer Innovation and Procurement at Gemeente Den Haag, and a Policy Advisor Sports at Gemeente Den Haag. Since 2018, they have been a Customer Success Manager and Operations Project Manager at Samotics. As a Customer Success Manager, they are responsible for guiding clients through a successful implementation of Samotics' SAM4 and making sure that this is followed up with the best possible customer experience. As an Operations Project Manager, they are responsible for the global rollout of Samotics' condition monitoring solution SAM4, ensuring first-time-right installations, and working in cooperation with partners and clients.

Dirk-Jan Wienen completed their Gymnasiumdiploma from Marnix Gymnasium in 2009. Dirk-Jan then attended Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they received their Propedeuse in International Business Administration in 2011. Dirk-Jan then attended Erasmus School of Theirtory, Culture and Communication, where they received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Theirtory in 2014. Finally, Dirk-Jan Wienen attended Utrecht University, where they received their Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations in Theirtorical Perspective in 2016.
