Jodi Lian's work experience begins with their role as an IT Recruiter at Levy Professionals, which they started in May 2023.

Before that, they worked as a Talent Manager at Caissa Recruitment from September 2022 to December 2022. Caissa Recruitment is a talent acquisition and staffing organization focused on the technology and digital economy.

Prior to that, Jodi was the Executive Search/ Fintech Sector Lead at Arrows Group Global from April 2021 to December 2022.

Jodi also worked as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Fintech area at Greifenberg Search & Recruitment from January 2021 to April 2021. Jodi focused on Risk Management, Quantitative Analysis, Compliance&AML, and Digital Transformation.

Before joining Greifenberg Search & Recruitment, Jodi was a Career Consultant from September 2018 to December 2020.

Their earliest work experience was as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, where they started as a Researcher and subsequently got promoted to Associate Consultant. During their time at Hays from June 2017 to July 2018, they achieved remarkable results, including significant billings and successful business development efforts.

Jodi Lian holds a Master's degree in Economics of Development, which was obtained from Erasmus University Rotterdam between 2018 and 2020. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Sun Yat-sen University. In 2015, Jodi attended the University of Warwick, focusing on Development Economics.
