Neza Kustec

Neza Kustec has a varied work experience, having held positions in both the private and public sectors. From 2014-2016, they were an Administrative Assistant at ATET d.o.o., a Shop Assistant at Mercator d.d., and an Administrative Assistant at Odvetniška družeba Krapenc in odvetniki, Odvetniška pisarna, d.o.o. In 2017, they were a Freelance Translator at Bucherpiraten and a Hospitality all-rounder/Horeca medewerker at Doen Horeca Uitzendbureau. From 2018-2019, they were an English Tutor and Babysitter for a private family and a Member of the UTS Student Residence Advisory Committee at the University of Technology Sydney. In 2021, they were an HR Generalist at the EUV factory at ASML and, currently, they are an HR Operations Specialist at Samotics.

Neza Kustec began their educational journey in 2003 at Osnovna Šola Ivana Cankarja Vrhnika, where they completed their Primary School education. From 2012 to 2016, they attended the British International School of Ljubljana. In 2016, Neza Kustec graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, Major Business and Economics from Tilburg University. From 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Business and Management, Major: Human Resources degree from the University of Technology Sydney. Currently, Neza Kustec is studying for a Master's degree in Business Administration: Human Resource Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).
