Florence Rust

Florence Rust has extensive work experience in talent management and people management roles. Florence currently holds the position of Head of Talent at Sampl since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as Head of Talent at Graphite Digital from March 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they were the Head of People at Man Bites Dog from September 2017 to March 2022. Florence also worked as a People Manager at Propellernet from February 2011 to September 2017. Florence started their career as an Office Manager at EGS Group Ltd from January 2009 to January 2011 and as an Account Executive at JWT from May 2006 to January 2009. Florence has received recognition for their work, including winning various awards and being named one of the UK's top ten workplaces.

Florence Rust attended the University of Portsmouth from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in English Literature and Creative Studies, focusing on English Language and Literature. Florence later pursued further education at Brighton City College from 2012 to 2014, specializing in HR and Employment Law.
