Abdullah Al-Sobhi is the General Manager of Industrial Security, Government Affairs, and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) at SAMREF Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company Ltd. They previously served as the Loss Prevention, Process Safety, and Industrial Hygiene Manager and have held various roles within the organization since 2013. Before joining SAMREF, Abdullah was a Senior Manager of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) at SABIC from 2011 to 2013. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals between 1994 and 1999.
