Andy Lam

Andy Lam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Andy began their career as an Operations and Manufacturing Intern at Enphase Energy in 2011. Andy then joined The Pasha Group as a Registration Coordinator for a brief period before returning to Enphase Energy in 2012. At Enphase Energy, they held various roles including Sales Order Administrator, Interim Master Scheduler/Planner, Order Fulfillment Planner, and Supply Chain Analyst. During their time at Enphase Energy, Andy was responsible for improving processes within the supply chain, managing direct outbound fulfillment, maintaining process flows and documentation, and generating and executing operational forecasts. In 2017, Andy joined Samsara as an Operations Specialist and progressed to roles such as Operations Project Manager, Operations Team Lead, and Manager of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager of Operations at Samsara. In this role, they oversee inventory management, freight and warehousing costs, and inventory transactions across multiple warehouses in North America and EMEA.

Andy Lam completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an IGETC Certification in Business Administration from Santa Rosa Junior College, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2014.
