Kyle Smith

Kyle Smith has extensive experience in client implementation and customer service, currently serving as an Implementation Consultant at Samsara since August 2021. Prior roles at wrrk included Implementation Manager, Team Lead for Implementation Associates, and Lead for Implementation and Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding clients and managing service metrics. Kyle also worked as an Account Executive for Georgia Swarm Pro Lacrosse, building client relations and selling ticket packages. Early career positions included customer support for adidas, athletic department intern at Discovery High School, and various roles at The University of Alabama and The University of Akron. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama and a Master of Science in Sports Management from Texas A&M University.
