Lei Pan

Lei Pan has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They are currently serving as the VP of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Samsara since May 2023. Prior to that, Lei held various leadership roles at Coupa Software from 2015 to 2023, including SVP of Total Rewards & Operations, VP of Total Rewards & Operations, Sr. Director of Compensation & Systems, and Director of Compensation. Before joining Coupa Software, Lei worked as a Senior Consultant at Frederic W. Cook & Co. from 2011 to 2015 and as a Consultant at Semler Brossy Consulting Group from 2009 to 2011. They also bring financial expertise from their time as the CFO of Gabriel Media Group, Inc from 2002 to 2009 and as an Associate at Harvey & Company LLC from 2001 to 2002.

Lei Pan attended Stanford University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics. Additionally, in July 2019, Lei Pan obtained the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorldatWork.
