Mitch Silver

Mitch Silver is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise account management and sales leadership. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at Samsara since December 2025, Mitch has previously held multiple roles at Paycom from 2018 to December 2025, including New Jersey Sales Manager, Executive Sales Representative, and Outside Sales Representative. With a background at Oracle from August 2016 to February 2018 as an Application Sales Executive focusing on ERP/EPM/HCM Cloud Applications, Mitch has demonstrated expertise in financial management, planning and budgeting, and supply chain management, among other areas.
