Stephen Franchetti

Stephen Franchetti has extensive work experience in the field of IT and leadership roles. Stephen is currently working as the CIO at Samsara since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the CIO at Slack from 2017 to 2021, where they led the IT organization and received recognition for their contributions. Before joining Slack, they worked at Workday as the Vice President of IT, Enterprise Applications from 2013 to 2017. At Workday, they had leadership responsibilities in various areas of IT and was responsible for the implementation and support of Workday HCM and Financials. Stephen also held positions at Cisco, where they served as the Senior Director of Global Employee Services from 2011 to 2013, leading the creation of a new employee services experience. Stephen also worked as the Director of IT for various business areas and as a Senior Manager in Cisco Services. Prior to Cisco, they had roles at International Programming & Systems, Inc. and Motorola Mobility.
