Mie Høiby

Mie Høiby is an experienced IT Project Manager and E-Commerce Project Lead at Samsøe Samsøe since July 2023, with prior roles including Web Manager and Web Administrator at Airofit. Mie's background includes consultancy at NexusOne and senior coordination at Haldor Topsoe A/S, focusing on XR platforms, employee training, and internal website maintenance. As a co-founder of Høiby Digitals, Mie launched Denmark's first beauty service platform, which received funding and was sold to a competitor shortly after its launch. Mie's earlier career features content creation for City Hearts Cph, various management roles at McDonald's, and a progressive academic path through Copenhagen Business School and the University of Queensland, culminating in a Master's degree in Business Administration and E-business.
