Sofie Jensen

Sofie Jensen is currently serving as a Multi Side Store Manager at Samsøe Samsøe, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Sofie gained experience as a Store Manager at Carré Jewellery and Ganni A/S, as well as working in various roles at JOE & THE JUICE from 2017 to 2021, including Office Manager/Receptionist and Bar Manager. Sofie also worked as an Art Assistant at Le Management and as a Skønhedsassistent at Costume in 2021. In addition to their management roles, they have pursued yoga education, completing a 200-hour teacher training at Prana Yoga Shala in 2020 and a 300-hour training in 2023.
