David Werfel

David Werfel is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over three decades, beginning in 1991 as a licensed Realtor. Currently serving as the Director of Brokerage Services and Associate Broker/Owner of the David Werfel Group at Samson Properties since February 2021, David also leads Education initiatives, including Coaching and Mentoring. Prior experience includes roles as the Associate Broker/Owner and Vice President/Managing Broker at RE/MAX Gateway from April 2013 to February 2021 and as Associate Broker/Owner at Prudential PenFed Realty from October 1991 to April 2013. Earlier in the career, David worked as an Account Manager at Xerox Corporation from 1985 to 1998. Education includes studies at George Mason University and Moseley-Flint School of Real Estate.
