Terrence Boykin

Terrence Boykin is a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience as a REALTOR at RE/MAX 2000 REALTORS, where more than 1 billion in total real estate sales volume has been achieved. As President and CEO of The Diversified Venture Group, L.L.C., Terrence specializes in export services for international businesses, serving as the exclusive export sales department for non-competing manufacturers. Terrence also served as a board member for the DC Board of Real Property Assessments & Appeals from 2000 to 2011, assessing property tax values in the District of Columbia. Prior roles include senior loan officer at 1st Professional Mortgage, account executive/loan officer at Cititrust Savings Corp, and various accounting positions. Terrence holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of the District of Columbia.
