Eben Effendi is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in retail and sales operations. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for Samsonite since May 2019, Eben previously held the position of Head of Sales Operations at PT Indonesia Wacoal from December 2012 to May 2019. Prior experience includes owning BELLE SHOP, a retail business for mobile solutions and women's accessories, and serving as Sales Marketing Manager at XO Suki as well as Sales Marketing Department Head at PT. Modern Internasional Tbk. Eben earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from BINUS University between 2000 and 2004.
