Ersa Devlia

Ersa Devlia is an accomplished Human Resource professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Human Resource Staff at Samsonite since October 2022, Ersa previously held the position of Reward and Service Officer at Sayurbox from June 2022 to October 2022, assisting in personnel database management. Prior to that, Ersa worked at Shipper as a Compensation and Benefit specialist after beginning as an intern in July 2021. Additionally, Ersa gained valuable experience as a Human Resource Operation Intern at Ninja Xpress and as an Assistant Lecturer at State University of Jakarta, contributing to a project aimed at addressing cyberbullying.
