Imtiaz K.

Imtiaz K. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in internal audit and corporate governance. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Chief Audit Executive at Samsonite since 2021, Imtiaz has previously held the position of Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at Steve Madden from 2019 to 2021. Prior experience also includes a tenure as Senior Director of Internal Audit at ANN INC from 2006 to 2018. Imtiaz K. holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, a degree in Leadership and Cybersecurity from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College.
