Ji Hee Kang

JI HEE KANG has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Head of HR at Samsonite since July 2021. Previously, JI HEE KANG led the Management Innovation Team at DOHE Korea, focusing on HR process innovation, and held senior administrative roles at DOHE International, managing operations in South Korea and the Philippines. With a background in HRBP and L&D at EY, alongside HR management positions at Doosan Infracore and Tesco, JI HEE KANG has developed a strong skill set in talent strategies, recruitment, and organizational development. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in International Business from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Kyung Hee University.
