Lisa Iwuc

Lisa Iwuc is an experienced retail management professional with a career spanning several decades and various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Store Operations at Samsonite since November 2016, Lisa is responsible for creating and implementing retail operational strategies to enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all stores. Previous positions include Store Manager at LOFT, where responsibilities included client experience, training, and operational excellence, and Co-Manager at Gymboree. Additionally, Lisa has held managerial roles at Talbots and Lord & Taylor, beginning as a Store Planner in 1994. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clothing and Textiles from Framingham State University.
