Parris Hall

Parris Hall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career as a US Brand Manager at International Pet Group in 2013 and transitioned to the role of Senior International Brand Manager in 2015. In 2016, Parris joined Ello Group as a Brand Manager and later took on the responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager, Head of Client Services, and eventually, the Head of Customer Success. During their time at Ello Group, they successfully established a new Customer Success function and introduced the retail channel, driving ROI and securing new revenue. In 2022, Parris moved on to THG Ingenuity, where they served as an Account Director. Currently, Parris is the Head of Customer Success at Partful, a SamsonVT Company.

Parris Hall attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of Law. They then went on to The College of Law in the UK from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Legal Practice Course Certificate in Law.
