Danielle Starbuck

Danielle Starbuck is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in employee relations, recruitment, and reward management. Danielle began the career at AXA as an HR Administrator, responsible for recruitment administration, before advancing to the role of HR Assistant at Hanson, managing HR functions for nearly 2,500 employees. Danielle then served as an HR Reward Analyst at TLT, supporting the delivery of the firm's reward strategy, overseeing compensation and benefits projects, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Currently, Danielle holds the position of Senior Reward Manager at Samsung Electronics, building upon expertise in reward management and employee benefits. Educational background includes GCSEs from Oldfield Girls School and A Levels from St Brendan's Sixth Form College.
