David Lee

David Lee serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Samsung Next at Samsung Electronics since February 2021. Previously, David held the position of Managing Partner at Refactor Capital from January 2016 to January 2021 and served as Tee Ball Manager for Bees little league team from May 2015 to January 2016. Prior roles include Managing Partner at SV Angel LLC, where investments were made in notable companies such as Coinbase and Airbnb from August 2007 to May 2015, Head of Business Development at StumbleUpon Inc. for a brief period in 2007, and Principal at Google Inc. focused on business development in multimedia projects from September 2003 to March 2007. David's earlier career included roles as Corporate Counsel and Associate at Morrison and Foerster LLP and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, specializing in technology-related transactions, corporate and securities law, and venture capital. David holds a JD from New York University School of Law, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a BA in Physics/Mathematics from The Johns Hopkins University.
