Du Kim is the Executive Vice President and Software Architect at Samsung Electronics, leading the application software development team, the Software Engineering team, the Web development group, and the Software architecture lab since 2020. They had previously been the operating system development team leader at Samsung for over 17 years and contributed to various projects, including the Tizen platform and SDK. Du also served as a Vice Chair at the Korea IoT Association from 2018 to 2020 and worked as an assistant in patent law for eight years. They hold a bachelor's degree in Semiconductor Engineering from Kyungpook National University.
