Eunhee Bae

Eunhee Bae, Ph.D., is an Organizational Culture Research Scientist at Samsung Electronics, currently leveraging their expertise in behavioral research to enhance workplace effectiveness. With over nine years of experience, Eunhee has employed quantitative analytical methods to explore themes like leadership, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Previously, they worked as a Research Consultant at the International Training and Education Center for Health, collaborated with the Korea Road Traffic Authority, and served as a researcher and instructor at the University of Washington. Eunhee holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Yonsei University.
