Fadel Muhammad is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, privacy protection, and intellectual property rights. Fadel's tenure at Telkomsel involved responsibilities in legal corporate governance and advisory roles, focusing on compliance with Company Law and the development of data protection policies. In a recent position at Samsung Electronics, Fadel served as General Counsel, providing critical legal support for AI and software research and development across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Fadel holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the National University of Singapore. Additionally, Fadel has served on the Board of Trustees of Universitas Indonesia and contributed to research on digital copyright at Harvard University's Berkman Klein Center.
