Ferdi Haliloğlu, MBA, is currently the Head of Customer Service Training and Field Quality Control at Samsung Electronics Turkey, leading initiatives to enhance customer service through innovative training programs and operational quality controls. Ferdi began their career in the R&D department of Arçelik, where they honed their technical skills over 12 years before transitioning to Samsung Electronics. Throughout their journey, they have improved KPIs for thousands of technicians and played a significant role in the company’s recognition in the International Customer Experience Awards. Ferdi holds an MBA from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and a degree in Economics from Anadolu Üniversitesi. Besides their professional endeavors, Ferdi enjoys swimming and has participated in several international open water swimming races.
