Frank

Frank Ma has extensive experience in human resources management across multiple prominent companies. At ZTE from August 2009 to August 2013, Frank was responsible for HR across western China in the Handset Division, managing a team of five and overseeing performance management and staffing for over 2000 R&D personnel. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources in Division 11th at BYD from 2006 to 2009, where Frank managed 18 employees and led HR strategy for the largest division in the company. Frank also held roles at LONGi Solar focusing on talent development and organizational change, and has been the HR Director at Samsung Electronics since September 2013, leading HR for a start-up R&D center. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Hefei University of Technology and an MBA from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
