Fred Chou

Fred Chou is currently a Department Manager at Samsung Electronics, leading the RFSW team in Taiwan. Previously, Fred held various roles, including Technical Manager and Senior Software Engineer at MediaTek, where they focused on LTE and NR FR development. Fred also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant in Electrical Engineering and Signals and Systems at National Taiwan University. Fred earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master's degree in Communication Engineering from National Taiwan University and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, respectively.
