Heonjae Ha

Heonjae Ha is a Computer Architect with over a decade of experience in global tech and semiconductor companies. They contributed to the development of more than 10 mass-produced chips for battery-operated devices and large-scale data centers, holding roles as both an engineer and a manager across various stages of the silicon lifecycle. Heonjae previously served as a DRAM Design Engineer at SK hynix, a DRAM Design Validation Engineer at Apple, and a Hardware System Engineer at Meta. They are currently the Head of SoC Architecture Team and Corporate VP at Samsung Electronics, overseeing the strategic planning and execution of Custom IP development. Heonjae earned a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University.
