Irene Thomas

Irene Thomas has a diverse background in data analysis and quality assurance, with experience spanning multiple industries. Starting as an IT Trainee at Spectrum Softech, Irene progressed to roles including Quality Analyst at ePROMIS Solutions and Project Management Team member at Portal International Metal Industries LLC, where responsibilities included troubleshooting software issues and managing project logistics. Following these positions, Irene worked as a Data Analyst at Leap Comms, focusing on social media campaigns, before moving on to serve as a Regional Data Analyst at LG Electronics, handling data management and analyzing customer behavior across multiple regions. Currently, Irene is a Consumer Insights Analyst and Reporting Manager at Samsung Electronics. Irene holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Business Management from Coventry University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Kerala, supplemented by ongoing education in Data Science and Machine Learning at Ubiqum Code Academy.
