Jeehyun Moon is an experienced researcher and strategist specializing in UX design within the information technology industry. They began their career at the Human Computer Interaction Lab at Yonsei University as an intern researcher, and later served as a research assistant at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. From 2010 to 2012, they worked in design research for THE MEME, focusing on market research and UI concepts. Since 2012, Jeehyun has been with Samsung Electronics, where they lead design strategy and user research, particularly in robotics projects. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Yonsei University and a degree from New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program.
