Joonhoi Hur

Joonhoi Hur is a distinguished professional in the field of electrical and computer engineering, currently serving as Corporate Vice President at Samsung Electronics since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as RF Systems Architect at Apple, where a Special RF Project was managed, and as Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm, focusing on RFFE & RFIC design and RF systems engineering for 5G NR technology. Earlier positions included RFIC Design Engineer at Texas Instruments, working on RF transmitters and system design, and RF Design Engineer at WinTelecom Co. Ltd., where contributions were made to broadband and Wi-Fi technology. Joonhoi Hur holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from Korea University.
