Laura Moore has extensive experience in digital strategy, marketing, and customer engagement, primarily within leading technology and luxury brands. At Samsung Electronics, from October 2015 to April 2021, Laura directed the European Digital Growth Strategy, focusing on innovative cross-channel programs to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Previously, Laura held the position of Head of Customer Strategy and Digital Media, overseeing Samsung's digital marketing initiatives. Prior to Samsung, Laura worked at Vertu, where responsibilities included strategic development of global CRM and digital campaigns, as well as managing a substantial budget. Earlier roles include positions at Navigator Blue, The Engine Group, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, encompassing advertising strategies and project management. Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Lancaster University, completed in 2009.
