Lawrence Sanchez

Lawrence Sanchez is the Head of Contact Centres UK & IE at Samsung Electronics, where they have been making significant contributions since 2018. Prior to this role, Lawrence served as Contact Centre Manager and Contact Centre Co-Ordinator at the same company from 2015 to 2018. They have extensive experience in customer care and support, having held positions at Lifescan, Sony, and Sitel, where they demonstrated strong leadership and performance management skills across multiple teams and languages. Lawrence began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Kingston University, completing their degree in 2001.
