Lorena Palau has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, starting as an Ingeniera de Soporte at Ericsson from 2005 to 2006, where responsibilities included coordinating customer case resolutions for Central America and the Caribbean. From April 2006 to September 2008, Lorena served as an Account Manager at ZTE Corporation, managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Lorena then transitioned to Telefonica Móviles Panamá - Movistar as Jefe Marketing Contrato from 2008 until June 2015, driving marketing and customer loyalty initiatives. Currently, Lorena holds the position of Head PM MX at Samsung Electronics in Panama since June 2015.
