Michael Babbar is the current Head of Same-Day Customer Care Ops - Director at Samsung. Michael was previously the Director, Global SVC & Reverse Logistics - Product/Ops - Returns, Repair/Refurb, Trade-In - Tech at Peloton Interactive from June 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading strategy development & ownership of repair/service, building a new global strategy for the future and innovation to improve global member satisfaction and to reduce cost, and leading reverse logistics, returns, trade-in and other experiments within the reverse logistics/service space. Michael also launched trade-in experiments & repair solutions - driving sustainability & increased lifecycles.
Before Peloton, Michael was the RLSQ - Working Group Member, Wireless Repair, Leadership Board Member at CTIA from January 2017 to December 2021.
