송준호

준호 송 is currently the Project Leader for the neural processing unit project at Samsung Electronics, focusing on hardware architecture, software, and algorithms for mobile NPU, PIM, and PNM technologies. They have led significant R&D efforts, including the development of the world's first AI memory HBM-PIM and the Mobile NPU adopted in Samsung Exynos AP for various Galaxy models. Prior to their current role, 준호 worked in various engineering and research capacities within Samsung and other companies, contributing to the MPEG-4 standard and multimedia solutions for mobile devices. They earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Sogang University.
