Riddhi Ranjan

Riddhi Ranjan has extensive experience in eCommerce, CRM, and digital marketing, with a background in both strategy and operations. Riddhi held the position of Deputy General Manager for eCommerce at Samsung Electronics from December 2019 to March 2022, focusing on D2C growth and enhancing user experience. Prior to this role, Riddhi was a Senior Manager at Uber, leading customer lifecycle management and growth marketing initiatives. Riddhi also served as Manager of CRM and Analytics at The ENTERTAINER, and as Marketing Manager for CRM and Digital at M. H. Alshaya Co. Early career experience includes a software development role at Microsoft, where Riddhi contributed significantly to reducing piracy-related losses. Riddhi holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B. Tech in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surat.
