Sam Guzman

Sam Guzman is a legal professional with extensive experience in M&A and Capital Markets, currently serving as Legal Counsel at Samsung Electronics since October 2025. Prior to this role, Sam worked as an Associate at Allens from November 2020 to October 2025, where involvement included co-hosting the Allens Confidential Podcast.
