Stefan Milde

Stefan Milde is a seasoned executive in mergers and acquisitions and corporate development, currently serving as the Vice President and Head of M&A and Corporate Development Semiconductors at Samsung Electronics since August 2022. Previously, Stefan held the position of Executive Director in Technology Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from September 2019 to June 2022. Additional experience includes roles at Ayar Labs as a Board Observer and a significant tenure at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where positions ranged from Senior Director to Deputy Director of Corporate Development and M&A. Stefan's career began at Advanced Micro Devices from 2001 to 2009, progressing to Finance Manager with overarching financial accountability. A graduate of Technische Universität Dresden, Stefan holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance.
