Sumit Wadhwa

Sumit Wadhwa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the public sector and government business management. As the Director and General Manager (Head of Business) for Government & PSU IM Business at Samsung Electronics since July 2017, Sumit oversees a national team and leads efforts to provide solutions across various government organizations. Prior to this role, Sumit served as Country Manager at Cisco, where responsibilities included strategic consulting and advising on public sector business development. Experience also includes a tenure as Business Head for Government & PSU Enterprise Sales at Bharti Airtel Limited, as well as positions at Hughes Communications India Limited and Telstra V Comm, focusing on government and corporate sales. Sumit holds an Executive Program in Business Management & Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BE in Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
